A challenging and exciting country music talent contest takes place in the village of Havelock, Ontario - Saturday, August 8/2009, and may be your opportunity to perform on the big stage before thousands of eager country music fans at “The Havelock Country Jamboree”.


The competition takes place at the Havelock/Belmont/Methuen Community Center . (0.5 km from Havelock Jamboree site)
First place winner will be invited to perform at The Havelock Jamboree   Aug. 13-16/2009

Second place winner will be invited to perform at The Marmora Country Jamboree  Sept. 10-13/2009

About The Havelock Country Music Talent Show Inc.

This annual event is the result of hard work by caring people who have recognized the unique resources our community has to offer.

Our experience has made us aware of the extraordinary musical talent that is abundant in the neighbourhoods of our province.


Our prime concern is to give hope to the progress and growth of country music performers. We strive to offer unsigned, up-and-coming country music performers a venue to showcase their talent and gain some valuable experience, for them to gain professional analysis and perhaps gather developmental awareness from within a forum of their peers.


We are a registered, non-profit organization, any and all profits from this event go to the following:

  • Five Counties Children's Centre
  • SickKids Foundation
  • Local Youth Organizations

We welcome corporate sponsorship.
